This is a short course organized for the American Society for Microbiology to help Undergraduate faculty incorporate bioinformatics concepts into their biology courses.

This is a 3-day intensive course in bioinformatics using only Web-based computing resources that covers most of the major concepts: similarity, alignment, pattern analysis, phylogenetics, and genomics.
